Sets product direction and leads the technical decisions that connect customer needs, solution architecture and engineering delivery. He coordinates product strategy, system design, technical standards and team execution.
Support Engineer & Customer Success Specialist
Keeps customers productive by triaging incidents, resolving technical issues, documenting known solutions and coordinating escalations between users and engineering. She also supports onboarding and service improvement.
Product Manager & Business Analyst
Turns business goals and user evidence into priorities the team can deliver. She owns discovery, requirements, roadmaps, acceptance criteria and stakeholder alignment from opportunity through release.
DevOps & Cloud Reliability Engineer
Designs the cloud and delivery systems that keep Appnovia products deployable, observable and recoverable. He leads CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, incident readiness and reliability improvement.
Product & Visual Designer
Shapes clear, accessible product experiences from research and workflow mapping through polished interfaces. She extends the product language across brand design, interactive prototypes and purposeful motion.
Cybersecurity & Data Protection Officer
Protects products, infrastructure and customer information through secure architecture, threat assessment and practical controls. He leads application security, vulnerability management, privacy governance and data-protection readiness.
